Spring is in the air, which means it’s time for Kiawah Island’s annual Spring Tour of Homes on Thursday, April 13th. The Tour is an exciting opportunity for residents to visit some of Kiawah’s most beautiful properties. This year’s tour will feature 10 homes open for viewing from 1-5pm and conclude with a reception at the Marsh House from 5-7pm.

Along the tour, local artists and design experts will be stationed at select homes to enhance the tour experience, offer inspired decorating and design ideas, and lend their professional insights into the remarkable qualities and appointments of the tour homes. In addition, seasoned Kiawah Island Real Estate experts will be on hand to help guests explore the floor plans and answer questions regarding Kiawah Island’s distinctive properties, world-class amenities, and inimitable lifestyle.

Have your property guide validated at each home, and those who visit six or more homes are eligible to enter a drawing held at the reception. Prize features include a men’s and women’s three-speed Electra Townie, two children’s bicycles and a Yeti Hopper. Everything you need for enjoying the 30 miles of Kiawah Island’s paved trails and ten miles of beach.
