On Thursday, April 18, Kiawah Island Real Estate kicked off Easter weekend with its annual Spring Tour of Homes. This year’s Spring Tour showcased 11 stunning homes on the Island, giving current property owners a chance to visit and explore some of their neighboring properties. All of the homes on the tour were listed for sale; sales executives were standing by to answer any questions visitors had.

Many of the homes on the tour featured artists or artisans participating in a ‘Meet the Masters’ program. This year’s Meet the Master’s program featured live painting, silversmithing, signature scent creation, yoga demonstrations, and much more. The program adds an additional level of interest to each home on the tour.

After the tour finished, property owners were invited to a reception at the Kiawah Island Real Estate Main Sales Office. There, they sipped drinks from the local Chug-a-Lug Wagon and nibbled on snacks from Salthouse Catering. Fresh florals, cheerful music, and brightly colored lounge areas put guests in the mood to mingle with their neighbors and celebrate a beautiful Spring evening.

Property owners who visited more than six properties on the tour were eligible to enter a drawing to win a one-of-a-kind sculpture by local artist Joe Walters, whose work is now featured at the B-Liner in the Beach Club.
