POSE, SNAP & POST!
Your winning smile could take you places.
If a picture paints a thousand words, the new mural at Freshfields Village surely paints a million. Colorful, lively, and sure to inspire a breezy, seaside bike ride, the painting is the work of artist Tracy Lee Strum and was completed in August. The Trompe L’Oeil-style work has quickly become a point of interest for Kiawah residents and guests. Its depiction of our inimitable Lowcountry lifestyle captures Island living beautifully and the realism of the seascape beckons the viewer to step right into the frame!
Now, to celebrate the mural as well as the beauty of autumn on the Island, Kiawah Island Real Estate invites you to pose, snap and post. Stop by and see the mural at the fashionable Holly and Brooks. Bring you camera (and you picture-perfect smile!) and get a photo of yourself beside the mural. Then, post your (undeniably gorgeous) picture on social. Make sure to tag Kiawah Island Real Estate (@kiawahre) with #PictureMeOnKiawah. Not only will this allow a legion of Kiawah’s followers to thrill to your beauty, it will also give you a shot at enjoying the Island’s Event of the Season: The Sixth Annual Party in the Park.
Unfolding across Ocean Park on Friday, November 25th, Party In The Park promises an afternoon of spirited socializing, classic Lowcountry cuisine, family fun and (drumroll, please…) a live performance from Darius Rucker. Kiawah Island Real Estate will do a drawing off all the “PictureMeOnKiawah” posts and the winner will receive two tickets to the season’s most popular event.

And then, slip into your favorite fall fashions and head over to Holly and Brooks. We’d love to see you strike a pose before the mural (and to see you bring your best dance moves to Darius Rucker’s top hits in Ocean Park this autumn!)
