Kiawah Island Club’s Roseberry Hot Toddy Cocktail
As the new year unfolds, inspiration for fresh ideas emerge all throughout the Kiawah Island Club. Master mixologist, Andrei Vecherkovskii, pulled his inspiration from daydreaming about warm summer days to make the Roseberry Hot Toddy, a charismatic twist on a winter favorite cocktail. “I used to live in Russia where majority of the year it’s frigid cold,” said Vercherkovskii. “We would make the hottest berry drink that would warm our whole body and bring us back to the feeling summertime.”
The Roseberry Hot Toddy made its debut at the reinvented Fire and Ice Member Mingle, a social event for new Club Members. Surrounding a warm, crackling fire, Members indulged this hot toddy or glass of champagne while enjoying the company of newfound friends.
