1. Grains & Champagnes
Wednesday, September 20 | 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. | Cassique
Embark on a sensory journey like no other as Grains & Champagnes takes you through the fascinating concept of ‘Terroir.‘ Guided by industry luminaries Elise Cordell and Jenna Murray, this event promises to be an immersive experience. Uncover the nuances of G.H. Mumm champagnes and The Glenlivet scotch while relishing exquisite food pairings. This event is exclusive to those aged 21 and over.
2. Excursion: John King Dueling Piano Bar

Mark September 21 on your calendar for an unforgettable night out at John King Dueling Piano Bar. Departing from the Cassique clubhouse, you’ll be transported to a world of musical magic on King Street. Let the melodies enthrall you as you sip cocktails and savor delectable bites. Your $60+ ticket not only includes transportation but also guarantees a memorable evening.
3. Biergarten Bash
Monday, October 2 | 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. | Cassique
As the Oktoberfest season concludes, Cassique invites you to its own Biergarten Bash. Indulge in a buffet showcasing German culinary delights, from homemade bratwurst to savory chicken schnitzel. Pair these delicacies with a selection of German beers, wine, and signature cocktails. Enjoy the festive atmosphere, available at $85++ for ages 21+, $55++ for ages 13 through 20, and $30++ for ages 3 to 12.

Elevate your mixology skills at Behind the Bar, an interactive experience hosted by B-Liner’s Woody Latour. Unveil the art of bartending and discover the nuances of creating craft cocktails, with a focus on rum-incorporated drinks. If you’re 21 years and older, this is a chance to hone your cocktail craft. A payment of $60+ opens the door to a world of creative libations.
5. Member Guest Tennis & Pickleball Tournament
Friday, October 27 | 9:00 a.m. | The Sports Pavillion
Embrace the camaraderie of competition at the Member Guest Tennis & Pickleball Tournament. Join forces with a guest or fellow Member for a day of engaging racquet sports matches. The format adapts to participation, ensuring a dynamic experience. Following the games, enjoy a catered lunch courtesy of The Sports Pavilion Gazebo. Make sure to secure your spot for $50+!
6. GoFamily Pumpkin Painting
Monday, October 30 | 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. | The Beach Club
Welcome the Halloween spirit at the GoFamily Pumpkin Painting event on October 30. Join us at The Beach Club between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. in your favorite costume. A fee of $30+ per pumpkin covers the materials you need to craft your jack-o’-lantern masterpiece.
7. Thanksgiving Week Events
Turkey Trot
Thursday, November 23 | 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. | Ocean Park
The Turkey Trot is a favorite tradition among Members on Kiawah Island. This event brings Club Members and families together at Ocean Park, fostering moments free from technology amidst the community’s beauty. Whether running or walking the 5K course, all ages are welcome to participate. Arrive early for parking, and by signing up before October 23, secure your commemorative t-shirt, race bib, and timing chip. After the race, enjoy festivities at Marsh House. The participation fee is $35+.
Thanksgiving Dinner
Thursday, November 23 | 12:00 to 5:00 p.m. | The Beach Club, Cassique, or River Course
Gather for a Thanksgiving Dinner of your choice! B-Liner offers a prix fixe menu, Cassique a family-style dinner, and the River Course a lavish buffet. Make reservations in advance, noting cancellations after November 1 incur full charges. You may also indulge in a Thanksgiving feast from the comfort of your own home with our dinner to-go option! Come to the River Room anytime between 12:00 and 2:00 p.m. to pick up your holiday dinner. A whole order is recommended for 10 to 12 people, and a half order is recommended for four to six people.
Turkey Shoot
Saturday, November 25 | 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. | Kiawah Island Sporting Club
Join the Turkey Shoot, a festive sporting clays tournament. Reserve a slot on the sporting clays course to automatically enter. There are five divisions for Members to compete in, such as Juniors, Champions, Veterans, Ladies, and High Overall Score. This spirited competition is sure to be a success!
8. Rock the River
Prepare for a night of unforgettable entertainment as Rock the River takes over the 18th fairway of the River Course. Lowcountry delights, family-friendly activities, and a performance by musical guests await. Save the date and stay tuned for further details—this is an event you won’t want to miss.
