The Kiawah Island Club was created to bring Island residents of similar pursuits and passions together—introducing Members to Members, and launching generation-spanning friendships.

So when you’re wondering where your people are — the golfers, the gourmands, the swimmers, the shooters, the hikers, the bikers, the tennis pro, the next Van Gogh, the family man or fitness fan — you know you can find them at The Club.

To further curate the specific tastes of our Members, we currently offer three levels of Club Membership.

To further curate the specific tastes of our Members, we currently offer three levels of Club Membership.

Golf Membership

Family

This option allows Members and their immediate family* to use all facilities at the River Course, Cassique, The Sports Pavilion, Sasanqua Spa, and The Beach Club with no payment of greens or court fees. A cart/caddie fee will be charged. 

Individual

With this option, only the designated Member is entitled to unlimited Golf Membership privileges. Immediate family* members may use all of the tennis, beach, fitness, swimming, dining, and social facilities at the Club as a Social member, but without tennis court fees, and will have some restrictions respecting golf in accordance with the Club’s Rules and Regulations.

Sports Membership

Family

Entitles the Member and their immediate family* to use all facilities at the River Course, Cassique, Sports Pavilion, Sasanqua Spa, and The Beach Club with payment of a reduced Sports Member greens fee. A cart/caddie fee will be charged. 

Individual

Entitles only the designated Member to Sports Membership privileges. Immediate family* members may use all of the tennis, beach, fitness, swimming, dining and social facilities at the Club as a Social member, but without tennis court fees, and will have some restrictions respecting golf in accordance with the Club’s Rules and Regulations.

Social Membership

Entitles the Member and their immediate family* to use all facilities at The Beach Club, Cassique clubhouse, and the River Course clubhouse, as well as the Club’s Sports Pavilion, and Sasanqua Spa. Currently, and subject to change, Social Members may play tennis without tennis court fees in accordance with the Rules and Regulations.

Claiming The Club Life

Kiawah Island Club Memberships are highly coveted and limited in number. Club Memberships are available only with the purchase of a previously unsold Kiawah Island Real Estate homesite, or with the purchase of a resale property from a current Club Member who’s offering a Membership as part of the sale.

*Immediate family of a Member consists of the Member (including the spouse) and their unmarried children twenty-three years of age and under who are living at home, attending school on a full-time basis, or in the armed services.
