Our Team Jeff Forte

Jeff was introduced to the beauty of the South Carolina Lowcountry during vacations spent on Kiawah Island as a teen. He moved to Charleston after graduating from Wofford College.

An experienced real estate professional since 1997, Jeff joined Kiawah Island Real Estate in 2001. “I love being able to sell the best coastal real estate while working with the most professional, experienced real estate firm on Kiawah,” Jeff says.

Jeff’s warm and friendly approach garners positive client relationships that often lead to important friendships with both buyers and sellers, who appreciate the attention to detail and exceptional attitude he provides.

Jeff enjoys the ability to focus only on Kiawah Island real estate, noting there is so much to do and see here that it requires a team of professionals who live and work here to help clients discover all of Kiawah Island’s nuances. “My job is to get people to really talk to me,” says Jeff. “I want to understand my clients’ needs and desires. I enjoy helping people really see the Island, find exactly what they want, and enjoy what they’ve chosen.”

In addition to delighting clients, Jeff enjoys boating, biking, golf, tennis, and spending time with his family and friends in Charleston and on Kiawah. “With all its natural beauty and diversity of activities, Kiawah has something for everyone in the family,” he says. “Charleston is just an added bonus!”
