Averaging more than 50,000 visitors a month and serving as the leading source for Kiawah Island real estate, the website advertises villas, homes, and homesites for sale and also promotes Kiawah and its Island lifestyle as a premier choice for second homes and primary residences. Property listings may include exterior, interior, and aerial photography, a virtual tour and interactive locator map, identifying homes within neighborhood settings. New, premier, and featured homes will be highlighted for easy access. Plus, there is a Buyer’s and Seller’s section available to help in the sales process.

The new site has been optimized so it will be found quickly through major search engines such as Google and Search Engine Advertising (SEA), and online banner ads encourage users to click through to the Kiawah Island Real Estate site immediately.

Check-in packets

KIRE realizes the importance of touching the vacationer while they visit the Island. We supply maps of the Island in Kiawah Island Golf Resort's check-in packets for The Sanctuary and property rental guests. We also provide postcards with beautiful photography of Kiawah for guests staying in rental properties through Resort Quest and Beachwalker rentals.

Kiosk displays

KIRE places real estate information inside kiosks displays, which are located in heavy traffic areas near Night Heron Park, The Straw Market, and Freshfields Village.

Cable TV Station

Everyone loves to peek inside Kiawah homes for sale on television. What better way to promote KIRE listings than to have a cable channel on the Island that televises them? Televisions inside resort rentals are tuned to this station when new guests arrive for their visit.

Rental Signage

For some, visiting Kiawah is a tradition, and many families stay at the same property year after year. We provide unobtrusive signage for rental properties on the rental program that are currently for sale so that the guests are prompted to contact a sales executive.

KIRE publishes select listings for sale in the Wall Street Journal and also on their website. The Wall Street Journal is an international daily newspaper published by Dow Jones & Company in New York City, New York, USA, with Asian and European editions, and a worldwide daily circulation of more than 2 million. The website boasts the highest quality news and information as well as a coveted audience of senior executives, affluent males and opinion leaders.

The New York Times

The New York Times is a daily newspaper published in New York City and distributed internationally. KIRE advertises properties for sale in this paper to target our New England prospects, which make up a large segment of our property owner database.

Locale.com

A new marketing endeavor for KIRE, locale.com is a luxury real estate website that includes unique content, community profiles, and most importantly an active marketplace featuring KIRE property for sale. Listing Kiawah properties on Locale.com provides exposure on The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times websites, which targets an extremely qualified audience.

The Post and Courier

The oldest daily newspaper in The South, the Post and Courier is the local paper of Charleston, South Carolina and surrounding counties. We advertise our listings every Sunday reaching over 100,000 Charleston residents and visitors.

Prospect Marketing

Prospect marketing is a critical part of what will continue to make Kiawah Island a sought after community for years to come. KIRE sees the value in marketing to new buyers. We work closely with an advertising agency that helps us qualify which national publications will attract qualified buyers. We track our reader response rates monthly and reevaluate our publication list to stay current with the market trends.

Upon the direction of the partners and development team, KIRE releases new product for sale twice a year. Property owners and prospects from our database receive a brochure that details the offering.

Events

Home Tours & Reception

KIRE hosts a several home tours each year. An array of Kiawah's finest homes are put on display for all property owners and their guests to attend at no charge. Immediately following the tour, KIRE hosts a cocktail reception where participants relax and mingle with fellow property owners and KIRE Sales Executives.

Brightest and Best Speaker Series

American Express Luxury Summit

This two-day, by-invitation-only conference features keynote presentations, case studies, research findings, and panel discussions on the state of the global luxury sector. Established in 1999, the Summit gathers 250 of the world's major luxury producers, marketers and retailers and is the premier US event dedicated exclusively to the luxury industry. KIRE's Director of Marketing attends this conference each year to learn the latest trends and how to implement them to benefit our buyers and sellers.

Christie's Great Estates Conferences

As an exclusive affiliate, KIRE attends several of Christie's conferences that provide valuable tools for many facets of our company. KIRE's President attends several conferences, which allow him to interact and brainstorm with other affiliates from around the world.
