Biking and Hiking

Biking And Hiking

Kiawah Island is the perfect place to recapture the wind-in-your-face feeling of freedom you loved back in the days when your major mode of transportation was a bicycle. Thirty miles of paved bike trails and 10 miles of hard-packed beach let you create free-wheeling family memories in a technicolor world of bright forest greens and glistening ocean blues.

The fitness trail at Night Heron Park offers another perfect place to jog, walk, or bird watch, enveloped in the totally relaxing sights and sounds of the natural seacoast environment. And don't be surprised if your foray into nature includes a surprise sighting of deer, raccoon, wading birds, or even an alligator or bobcat.

Kayaking and Canoeing
